Located on the Venice Grand Canal, an entertainer’s or tech dream home. Once a basic 80’s Nantucket-style home, where the new owner’s vision was truly to build a dream home. CCG listened, engaged and took that vision and brought it to life. Full rooftop deck and outdoor kitchen, master bathroom (pictured) with soaking tub leading into the master suite with private deck. The bedrooms rest above the living space where you have a 50ft kitchen island with Bulthaup finishes. A mural by local Venice street artist, #Starfighter graces the wall of the sunken living room that sprawls onto yet another deck.
